Recently I shared a super, simple pancake recipe that even my 6 year old can prepare and today I have a healthier remix of that!
The key ingredient is SPINACH! Yep it sounds nasty and yep they will be green lol. But what kid doesn't like to have fun with their food?! So instead of adding some type of artificial dye, just add a cup of spinach to the batter (via a blender).
